In the event that a participant is unable to attend the congress, a written notice must be sent to the technical organizer, Fiume Tours d.o.o., at kongresi@fiumetours.hr.
For cancellations made by February 15, 2026, an administrative fee of 25 € per cancellation will be charged.
For cancellations made between February 15 and March 10, 2026, 50% of the paid registration fee and accommodation costs will be refunded, and an administrative fee of 25 € per cancellation will be charged.
After March 10, 2026, no refunds of the paid registration fee or accommodation costs will be possible.
Participants from outside the EU must hold a passport valid for at least six months prior to the start of the congress. Please check the visa requirements on the website of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia. If you require an entry visa, please allow sufficient time for the processing of your application.
Upon request, the Congress Secretariat will send an official invitation letter exclusively to registered participants of the Congress.*
The official currency in Croatia is the euro (€). Exchange services are available at the airport, in hotels, exchange offices, and bank branches.
Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted at the registration desk, ATMs, hotels, top restaurants, and shops in the city.
